Wire Length Keeper

Tired of wires snapping back to their default length whenever you drag objects while the game is paused? Wire Length Keeper fixes that!
Once installed, dragging objects while the game is paused won’t reset your wires! Great for contraptions with destructible wires.

How It Works

Install and activate the mod.
Pause the game, attach wires to any object, and drag it freely.
Wires stay at the length you set, no surprise snap-backs!
Configure the keybind in Controls to toggle the mod on/off (F9 key by default).

Compatibility

I recommend installing my other mod: Extend Wires for even greater wire flexibility.
This is vanilla-friendly. Mod won't be required when saving contraptions.
