Adds a faction equiped with weapons and apparels from CeleTech Arsenal MKIII.

Cyanith Society：

Once planetary ground operatives of CeleTech Company, they were left stranded when the corporation's starships were driven from the system during a brutal space conflict. Scattered across the planet, these survivors forged isolated colonies using salvaged arms and industrial equipment. Now united as the Cyanith Society, they stand together against all threats this hostile world can muster.

Even though CeleTech Company's spacecraft has now returned to planetary orbit, the society that has coalesced into a community will not easily disintegrate simply because its founding purpose has vanished.

This faction starts as hostile to the player at the beginning of the game, but it's still possible to establish friendly relations through peace negotiations, completing missions, or gift-giving.

The weapon's power of this faction can be adjusted via CeleTech's mod settings.

The difficulty is extremely unforgiving for vanilla players, so it's recommended to balance it with some overpowered mods. To avoid getting completely wrecked in the early game, consider adding this mod only during the mid-to-late stages of colony development when you have established solid defenses and sufficient combat capabilities.
