So… it came to my attention that the Fr_encrust doors were just too pretty to be placed on a normal engraved wall, with a normal engraved floor.

With that in mind, to prevent your dwarves rioting over the excess beauty of those doors compared to the rest of your soon-to-be-doomed fort, I decided to make engraved floors and walls so the doors don't stand out THAT much.

Beware, do NOT engrave your entire fortress as such beauty could make your dwarves go blind or insane.

And no... despite the looks, this mod does not make every single floor tile count as an masterwork artifact.


- BEAUTIFUL new graphics to engraved floors of all types.

- New graphics to engraved walls (sadly, not the constructed ones - I think is not possible).


Go to Dwarf Fortress/data/installed_mods/Fr_engrave/graphics/images

-Copy "frengraved_palette.png" and "frengraved_non_palette.png";
-Paste them in Dwarf Fortress\data\vanilla\vanilla_environment\graphics\images;
-Make sure to backup "floor_stone_engraved_palette.png" and "floor_stone_engraved_non_palette.png";
-Delete the original files and rename the new ones EXACTLY as the original were (otherwise the game won't start).


- Go to SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\3526266377;
- Open info.txt and delete the line "[REQUIRES_ID_AFTER_ME:perspective_walls]";
- Go to \graphics and open graphics_tiles_frwalls_and_floor.txt and delete everything after "TILE_GRAPHICS:WALL_STONE_ENGRAVED";
- Open tile_page_frengraved_walls_and_floors.txt and delete everything after "TILE_PAGE:WALL_STONE_ENGRAVED]";
- Go to \images and delete "wall_stone_frengraved.png";
- Be thankful.


If you get a problem with this mod, PLEASE solve it yourself, i'm very tired;

If AI couldn't do it, just give up;
