Description
Cavalry and Horses Mod for V69

This mod adds horses and horse pastures to breed them, along with new resources like lances, spears, and armored horses. Build saddlers to outfit your cavalry and unleash mounted units on the battlefield. Simple, immersive, and expands your military might and tactics.

Extra Notes
1. Yes the AI also has a small chance of fielding these units.

2. Tech is included too.

3. This mod was isolated from the Warhammer Overhaul mod and did not utilize materials from anything else.

Will there be visible horse sprites for the soldiers in the future?

Mate, thanks a bunch for making this! Only been able to test it early game so far but its going well, my troops are zooming and some of the enemies spawn on horseback, as advertised :happycthulhu:

@Urist it should definitely be in there. Perhaps are you using another mod that modifies the pasture tech tree? If you load that one beforehand it will replace mine

I have a slightly dumb question, but I can't find the tech in the tech tree, it's not under ranching, I've been abusing horse nobles to counteract it, but am I just being blind?

@Serp most likely an incompatibility with the extra info mod. I would not run those two together

@Romping the gay sorry if I'm on the wrong way. I just tried to load my save file yesterday in the evening and got this message:

If you dont have issues that severe as chig bungus, ignore the stuff below. Just resub to make sure the mod is updated

@Chig Bungus. Very odd that should be fixed and thats seems like a really severe performance issues. My guess it might be something else. I recommend adding 10T in the steam launch options for songs of syx. It uncaps the memory usage. if that doesnt work for whatever reason add an ID in front. Should prevent lag for you. Lemme know if it works

@serp the update fixed performance issues for another users and is very simple. I removed the horsespawn log from spamming but that cant break saves. Likely the corruption is not because of this mod.

You mr modmaker need to sort this shit, massive performance issues endless spawn horse fail to spawn, spawn horse loop. Can't even run x255 with 1 pop. SORT IT :shit::shit:
