First of all, do you have any modifications that change the HUD in any way?
Secondly, the mod simply removes the HUD but allows you to interact with objects and other things(including ACE and other mods too), so it doesn't affect interactions in any way and definitely doesn't interact with objects.
Thirdly, try to enable the HUD elements directly in the settings after starting the mission (this is important because the settings set by the mod are applied after starting the mission, and we need to change them manually after starting the mission to see if the HUD hiding feature is actually breaking something).
And... Any chance you could drop the error lines of game log file?
