Includes global macros.

Modifies the behavior of ACE Medical and KAT Advanced Medical. Currently contains the following functions:
- Add setting for base bandage time.
- Re-add ability to tourniquet necks.
- Normalize IV flow rates based on IRL data.
- Add IV clog chance based on coagulation factor.
- Fix KAM NPWT

Medical simulator interface for practicing KAT Advanced Medical.

Currently contains code for the vehicle spawner.

Includes missions. Currently only has Selkie_FiringRange.Stratis which is a map intended for training members of the Selkie Platoon.

NOTE: Missions addon requires O&T Expansion Eden to be installed.

Status monitor HUD overlay that shows heart rate of units in player's group. Additional TL version that shows distance instead of heart rate.
