Description
some Nerfs for integrated implants attempting to bring it closer to a vanilla+ balance level

Changes below:

Subdermal armor (prestige)
- No longer compatible with Tough or Armor Skin Gland
- Reduced armor values to sit between Tough and Armor Skin Gland

Shoulder turrets
- Decreased beauty
- Slightly reduced move speed

Claw tail
- Slightly reduced manipulation bonus

Vanguard accelerator
-Greatly Reduced Hediff stat bonuses

Electromagnetic insulation
- Brain shock resistance reduced from 100% to 95%

Blacksight device
- Slightly reduced hediff bonuses

Alkalicoat
- devourer digestion immunity -> 90% devourer digestion resistance

Active camouflage
- Overcharge duration reduced
- slight reduction in passive shootability reduction

Bionic faceplate
- Reduced stat bonuses

- 100% safe to add, should be safe to remove, just xml tweaks

Aparently rimworld didint like the load folder so switchiing to a patch op find mod which fixed that - I did verify that the 95% Resistance was working as expected 1/20 shots gave the pawn brain shock

It does seem like its not applying some of the patches - not quite sure why but should have it fixed momentarily

as for the turrets i forgot they were hidden lol. tho i could still see a gun turret xovered by skin being a lil ugly - that being said i can see switching that around - maybe a slight manipulation penalty? - i dont think you shoukd be able to install auto turrets in your shoulder without some penaltys haha

hmm wdym about the electro resistance? my idea was that a pawn without any brain implants should still be the best counter to emp-theres no circuits in thier brain to emp- but also wanted the plating to be mostly effective - without giving the piece of mind of full immunity

no point in making electro 95% when one emp attack could kill a pawn or making the turret have less beauty when its hidden
