Debuff augments

Description
Do you find yourself dealing too much damage?
Frustraited at just how hard to kill you are?
Stats just too high?

Introducing debuff augments, to resolve all the problems above and more (may or may not resolve more problems than listed).
Featuring four flavours of debuff for each stat, three bonus flavours, and item descriptions that are vaugley funny.
Weakness augment reduces damage
Un-health augment reduces max health
Exaustion augment reduces max energy
Health decay reduces health constantly over time
Defenceless augment reduces defence by a flat amount (the below values without the %)
Tier I reduce stats by 25%
Tier II reduce stats by 50%
Tier III reduce stats by 75%

Immolation augment sets you on fire, constantly.
Greater speed increases movement speed by a normal and very controllable amount.
High gravity, suprisingly enough, increases the effects of gravity.
Too low gravity, reduces gravity to just barely be in effect.
Zero gravity, allows you to enjoy starbounds zero gravty gameplay anywhere you choose.

All of the augments can be purchased from the penguin bay (the merchant that sells counterfeit ship licences).

Was Exhaustion deliberately mispelt, or was it just a typo dropping the H?

But Rnova2, Starbound does not disable achievements when using mods. Moreover, there are mods that can turn the player overpowered quickly so in a way, this is just a balancing fix.

Sometimes you don't want to be powerful.

To be honest, I haven't used your mod, but I think the idea of using nerf boosts is bad. It increases the difficulty of challenges, yes, but it doesn't add anything. What's the point of a nerf mod? If you don't go to item options after using it, you won't even be able to get a Steam achievement because the game disables achievements when you use a mod, so... what's the point of using them?

However, I don't like just criticizing; I prefer to offer solutions. And I have an idea that could improve your mod: how about including nerf boosts that both nerf and benefit you?

For example: a boost that makes your hunger bar go down very quickly... but, in return, makes your melee attack more powerful. I'm sure it improves game strategies, and many players would love it.

Hello! This is a great idea and very helpful for multiplayer servers! This way players who feel like the on-server experience is too easy can make it more challenging for themselves without having to nerf things for everyone. It reminds me of Battlefield 1's Afflictions system.

If there could be a ''more hunger'' module then I would love that.
I really want an excuse to eat more food in-game, because it has GENUINELY never been an issue before.
