Report a translation problem
Try going to Team Manager → Neutral Team → Neutral Player and enable the "Mandatory" and "AI" options. This should resolve the connection error in multiplayer.
I tested launching the map solo in the multiplayer lobby, and it worked (whereas originally, it couldn’t even be launched solo in the multiplayer lobby).
The issue is likely caused by two "Ural-5323" units assigned to Neutral Player 1 with no active controller, preventing the connection from being established in multiplayer.

PS: I wish there was a lot much bigger map with a lot more objectives! I loved this mission. What is missing from it - the counterattacks and ambushes with IED.
I built a special DECK for the US (SPEC OPS + PARATROOPERS) with top recon and air with some ground special forces and ATACAMS.
DETECT - DESTROY - OCCUPY.
It actually is a lot harder when recon relies more on the gorund
