Consolidated Clone Vats

Description
A small mod that changes the effect of the Cloning tradition.
Instead of giving you up to 4 Clone Vats per Captial Tier, it now lets you upgrade the Clone Vats building per Capital Tier.

The outputs should be the same, but now it only uses up 1 building slot.

Works for both regular and ascended clone empires.

Requires the Biogenesis DLC.

I tested out both mods together, the Console Edition HD Art mod does not stop it from working, either another mod you have is interfering or your empire does not fullfill the requirements to upgrade it.
You need to apdot and finish the cloning tradition.
The upgrades are also locked behind the tier of the capital building, each tier giving access to another tier of the clone vats.

I never get the option to upgrade the Clone Vats, and I suspect it's because this mod interacts weirdly with the Console Edition HD Art mod.

Hm, the way I made this work is by multiplying the value of the sustained clones, @clones_sustained_low which is 500 normally
It could be that another mod changed the value of the @clones_sustained_low, which in turn exploded the numbers of pops sustained.

Surething. Suddenly the vats were reading as providing 5k and 10k clone support from level 1 to 2. If nothing changed on this end, there must be a conflict elsewhere or likely a mod that I tested/removed is having a lingering effect. Something must have changed/overwrote a vanilla value. Will get to searching.

As for the Ancient Clone Vats, one third.
It exists now, it should hopefully work without too much issue.
