Just look up "alien blaster" in the gmod workshop and you'll find some fallout alien weapon sweps. It's not as good as a martian melter like you said, That'd be literally so awesome. But it gets the job done if you gotta make a screenshot with the alien holding a gun.

Honestly that's all for me and panman to decide, It entirely depends if I can find more 3d models from this movie and also depends if panman wants to port them.
