Description
Stellaris Multiplayer(and single too) Optimization and performance
-reduce AI checks(make CPU1 happy)
-reduce FX in battles
-increase frame rate
-AI not build habitats(have only 1% chance to build)
-Empire size icreace cost for ships/buildings
(better start new game)

Reyzel, for me easly change entire defines, more control dev-changes after patches

You may have done this to multiple files too such as static modifiers and eng techs

You seem to have copied the entire defines file into the mod, you can specify only the defines you wanna change so you don't overwrite everything

Wairui, i try fix ai behavior when dont build new structures on planet,
Mod stable, updates cuz check something in MP.
Only reduce ai chance for build deep state citatel(it's not global change and can work with savegame)
