Splatoon Playermodels 3 :: Splatoon - Inkling Playermodels (REUPLOAD)

This is addon not mine. I am just uploading this to the Steam Workshop for preservation, as this was originally available for use in Garry's Mod for a short while, but was removed following the DMCA takedown fiasco in 2024. Also, I would like for anyone who plays GMod to enjoy using this addon. All credit goes to the original author, iguneesu (Niisu), for creating the original addon. However, if they want me to remove this mod, I will respectfully comply.

However, if this gets removed through another false flagging, I'll just reupload it again. The 2024 DMCA purge may have affected me and lots of other GMod creators, but we are not alone, and we are not giving up. I refuse to be silenced like the others who have been as they try to express their feelings and concerns about it. And I will not let this community down. I stand with other creators who want to do something about this, and I want to contribute to the revival efforts. Alright, enough of my rambling.

And last but not least, the main attraction of the Splatoon playermodel project: Inklings. These playermodels include a basic set of clothing to customize your character with, with additional sets being downloadable from the links below.

• Inkling Playermodel + Clothing bodygroups + Octoling armor bodygroups + Player coloring + Eyelid skingroups
• Inkling NPCs - Rebel Affiliation
• splt_EditScale CVar to enable or disable player eye height and movement hull scaling
• splt_Colors CVar to enable or disable player skintones and eye colors
• Splatoon Skin Changer in the C menu

• Might or might not cause screen shaking when used in conjunction with certain third person camera methods and Player Appearance Customizer 3 (It's hard to tell how or why)

Originall ported directly from the first Splatoon game as poseable ragdolls, the main denizens of Inkopolis, the Inklings, have now been converted into playable character models for the 2004 sandbox game, Garry's Mod, allowing players to play as them and customize them for a variety of activities in the game, in a variety of activities in GMod, ranging from singleplayer sandbox fun to multiplayer roleplay shenanigans.

This addon contains the following:
- Inkling Boy playermodel
- Inkling Girl playermodel
- Friendly & Hostile NPCs

This addon includes the following features:
- Bodygroups (for eyelids and mouths)
- Eye posing (for ragdolls)
- Finger posing (for ragdolls)
- Color compatibility (can be done with the TF2 Color tool, or the Ragdoll Colorizer tool, and can be customized in the playermodel menu)

If you want to see this playermodel's hands should you choose to use it, use the My Hands v8.1 addon.

Preview images may be included and description may be updated after addon testing at a later time.
