To Obtain either find it the world as normal

OR

Put "-Devmode" in your steam launch arguments

Then

Press `¬ (grave key, tilde or whatever you call it, the button above tab and next to 1) then enter "wh_cheat_addItem 40237d19-ed2f-4fe1-8924-76e2a2854f34" to add the ring.


Compatibility -
Probably won't work with any other mod that modifies the Engraved Silver Ring.
