XenoPreview

Supports RimWorld 1.4, 1.5, and 1.6

XenoPreview adds a dynamic live preview window to the xenotype creation screen. As you select genes, instantly see exactly how your custom xenotypes will appear in-game. Each gender has an individual lock feature, allowing separate rerolls and rotation to help you achieve the perfect appearance. You can also move the window to sit where you like it, and show/hide clothes and tattoos.

This mod is fully safe to add or remove from your saves at any point without any risk of issues.

Known Issues

1.6 only: Using Big and Small Framework without any mods that are dependant on it throws several Could not load Texture2D at 'GeneIcons/Bs\_...' errors. This is an issue with Big and Small, not XenoPreview.
[1.6 Fork] Xenotype And Ideology Buttons TitleScreen - Currently does not work though the 1.5 Fork version does work great and faster.

Just have to say this mod is great, works extremely well and very useful. Definitely earned a permanent place on my mod list

Also, Big and Small seems to be working for me without any problems at least on the main screen. The only problem is that super big xenotypes can go over the limits of the window, so you just have to make it a bit bigger.

This is EXTREMELY useful and works well with Xenotype and Ideology Buttons TitleScreen 1.5, but doesn't work with 1.6, as you stated. I do hope it'll be made compatible either on your or their end. The issue with Buttons 1.5 is that its Ideology button doesn't work.

Why doesn't it let us randomize the xenotype name to save? The randomize only shows PreviewXenotype instead of working as usual.

(Now all I need is a way to organize the genes and making new xenotypes won't be so slow and awful.)

After looking into it the issue is [1.6 Fork] Xenotype And Ideology Buttons TitleScreen. The [1.5 Fork] Xenotype And Ideology Buttons TitleScreen works on 1.6 and a lot better. It seems the 1.6 fork changed its world generation code and takes longer than the 1.5 fork. I can try to make it compatible but I think it would be better if the 1.6 fork was fixed or redone.

It doesn't work with the Xenotype and Ideology editor buttons on title screen mod. It won't preview anything.
