Portraits can found by clicking on a pilots portrait in the barracks and clicking again on it to change it.
If you want an operator added just leave a comment with their name.

I see,
researched a bit, looks like i'll have to swap their portraits with an older version of the mod to vanilla portraits, reenable this mod, then swap their portraits back otherwise the pilots will be deleted from existence

@Pawmee No these do not replace any portraits, They are unique files.
