Any chance of getting Udaloy II Admiral Chabanenko?

It can be based on 1994, with 100mm replaced by 130mm and SS-N-14 by SS-N-22?

Am I doing something wrong? Only about half the names actually change over while the rest are in GRAU. I have this set before PELT.
