_jb Abandon Colony v4.0.*

Description
This is a RE-UPLOAD of XVCV's Abandon Colony mod - all credit to XVCV.

All files have been update to v4.0.*

This is a simple mod that lets you abandon a colony.

Does a colony you just acquired through war seem to be useless?
Does a xeno pop in your empire is so disgusting that you wanna kill it with the planet it lives on?

Here's your solution!

This mod lets you abandon a colony and kill every pop live on.
You also have a option to abandon and keep your pops and will re-settle them.

It's simple, just select a colony you want to destroy and click the abandon colony decision. Then click 'Yes,' and your problem will be solved with those ugly xenos and the planet!

Basic testing has been done, let me know if you have any problems.

Compatibility - This mod does not overwrite any vanilla files.

@alankraskow, Fixed the "if you close the event window by pressing x, it abandons colony by default and kills all the pops." I did not have to create events for each option, all I had to do was move "No, I've changed my mind." option to the top of the list. Since X takes the first option that solved the issue. I did no plan on taking so long to correct this.:steamhappy:

@alankraskow, thanks for the suggestion, I will take a look and see what I can do.

Hey @Burch, just wanted to let you know that the way the mod is scripted now is little bit inconvenient. Because now, if you close the event window by pressing x, it abandons colony by default and kills all the pops. To avoid that you would need to change a bit how this works and create separate event for each option, then assign each of the events to the option. This would prevent the x working as first option by default.

I did not test this mod for achievements. I just updated the mod and got it working for 4.0
