Report a translation problem
Once you have placed down the turret via the entities tab, hold 'c'. Then hover over the turret, right-click and select 'properties', followed by clicking the box to enable the AI.

I should also mention that team 3 is the polar opposite, enabling "hostile-to-all".
Then team 1 and 2 behave exactly as you would expect teams to work.
If you don't know how to change [LVS] entity teams, all you need to do is cold down 'C', then hover over the entity with your cursor and right-click. Then select "properties" and you'll be given a config window for that [LVS] entity - Including the team number.
You can set any [LVS] vehicle to team 0, which is the "friendly-to-all" team. The civilian plane (blue) is automatically set to team 0. Once that has been spawned, or another vehicle set to team 0, simply enter it. Upon exiting, you will receive a message in the chat saying that you have switched to team 0.
