Description
An outcry of civilisation; these scattered islands have transitioned from a once thriving mining industry, turned military outpost through conflict and limited resolution.
Split between corporations far from much contrast, the main island holds a mighty strongpoint. Though, despite having their own place, no military might could turn their heads from the tactical prowess of the central tower of the since abandoned quarry - controlled by none, but sought by all...

Are you wanting to use the [LVS] turret addons? Or trying to activate something else?

If you are using the [LVS] turrets, do as follows:
Once you have placed down the turret via the entities tab, hold 'c'. Then hover over the turret, right-click and select 'properties', followed by clicking the box to enable the AI.

Other than the headcrab canisters (found at the admin room above the main tower, outside of the map), there are no map-specific ways to spawn enemies.
