• blood splatters blend together instead of deepfrying
• blood splatters, wounds & various world decals look wet/glossy via specular masks
• new scorch marks for burns & explosions, using vanilla assets
• blood pools are no longer opaque

Upscale the resolution of the decal shader textures so this works with HD blood retextures. The image size for the specular mask shader texture breaks the blood decals when using any blood decal replacement that uses higher resolution textures. It would make it easier to use with others add-ons

this mod causes certain textures to stretch, see the manhole cover on the first map of no mercy near the police car. it sometimes stretches other textures and decals, brick walls, floors, check the parish level just after the bridge bombing at the entrance to cemetery
