[Script] Molotov Scorch Marks

Description
A simple script made by Cuba to enable the command "inferno_scorch_decals" which is disabled by default for some reason.
Only work in local server - If the host has this script all user in the server can see its effect(?)
Scorch marks in the preview are modified to use a different texture so it's more apparent. Default scorch mark are less so. This is not false advertising

it's the same as blood decals, doesnt affect fps by much
