Description
Zombies are still people, in a way — a mod for Project Zomboid (build 42) that turns zombies from mindless shufflers into connoisseurs with a sense of smell sharp enough to detect your fear, sweat, and that tuna sandwich you dropped three days ago. Forget carefree strolls through the apocalypse—these deadheads now have PhDs in tracking, and you’re their favorite lab rat. This mod will make you regret ever crawling out of bed in this godforsaken world.

What bloody circus awaits you?
A nose like your mother-in-law sniffing out gossip:
  • Zombies can smell you, corpses, and even a dead rat from across town. Wind, temperature, distance—everything’s against you. Congrats, you now officially smell like lunch.
  • Covered in blood? Well, you’re basically a walking neon sign saying "FREE KEBAB".
  • Corpses rot so badly, zombies start pilgrimages to them. And then? Skeletons. Because zombies are eco-activists—they waste nothing.
  • Bald zombies in rags... Who cares about fashion when all you think about is food?

Zombies with schedules tighter than your boss’s:
  • By day, they sprawl in buildings, pretending to be rugs. But sneeze once, and these "sleeping beauties" remember you’re their favorite snack.
  • At night, it’s zombie disco time. They prowl the streets, reacting to every rustle. Rain? Oh, that’s their favorite hunting weather!
  • Weather and time of day decide just how badly zombies want to hug you. Spoiler: very badly.

Every step you take is a ticket to "Who Dies First?":
  • Sprinted like an action hero? Every zombie in the room just bookmarked you in their cookbook.
  • Bumped into a zombie? Congrats, you just RSVP’d to a party where you’re the main course.
  • Typed "!!" in chat? Your character screams so loud, even zombies in the next state pull out GPS with your coordinates. Multiplayer? More like group suicide.

Zombie gourmets with a Michelin-starred menu:
  • Zombies devour everything: humans, cows, chickens, mice. Each body has its own "flavor profile" and dining time. Cow? Banquet. Mouse? Appetizer.
  • Post-meal, only skeletons remain. Zombies clearly took minimalism classes.
  • Animal corpses? Oh, that’s a zombie buffet—mouse canap?s with cow as the main dish.

A world where even the wind betrays you:
Wind carries your scent straight to zombie nostrils. Temperature makes corpses "spicier." Buildings? Just death traps if you’re clumsy.
Traits like "Clumsy"? Zombies are already mailing you dinner invites. "Lucky"? Ha, luck won’t save you here.

Who needs this mod?:
Those who think Project Zomboid is a "cozy farming sim." (Seriously, have you even played?)
Stealth fans who want every rustle to be zombie Russian roulette.
Dark humor enjoyers ready to laugh while zombies chew their leg.

Installation & compatibility: Works on build 42 (singleplayer). Enable it and start praying. Or running. Definitely running. Usually plays nice with other mods, but if you’ve got another zombie mod installed, brace for epic chaos.

Known bugs: Speeds above x2 in singleplayer mess with zombie logic and behavior calculations. No critical errors, but don’t expect zombies to act right during time acceleration.

Survival tips (or not):
Stealth is your only chance. Sprinting and shouting? That’s like handing zombies flyers with your address.
Bloody clothes = VIP invite to a zombie rave. Wash more often.

Zombies are still people, in a way: where you’re the main course, and zombies are gourmets with knives and forks. Good luck, survivor. If you can call it luck...

Да, я делал версию для своего сервера на 41 билд.
Времени сейчас очень мало, но как только появится возможность и я стану чуть более свободным от сервера dayz, я сделаю компаноку мода

Я не выводил настройки из мода. Игроку они пока не доступны. Когда будет обновление стабилки 42, сделаю настройки

@Glina Kishkoblud Очень странно. Возможно последние нестабильные обновления что то изменили и мод начал некоректно себя вести. Ибо на тестах показывал себя просто прекрасно. На сервере 41го билда тоже играли прекрасно.
Скорее всего буду ждать стабильной версии 42го билда, что бы сделать все корректировки и не переделывать мод по 10 раз

Самый крутой мод на поведение зомби, но очень жаль что фпс начинает дико падать при появлении на экране даже небольшой группы зомби

A bit earlier, I already explained to one guy. The modification description is written manually, but for the Russian language, with elements of Russian humor. Given that my knowledge of English is limited to conversational experience without specialized training, it's quite likely that I made many semantic errors when trying to convey the humor. Because of this, it creates a clear impression of being 'artificially written.' For that, I apologize.
