Description
Here we go!
Fan patch to get Stellar Elves up to speed with current graphics formulae.
Note that this mod requires the original Stella Elves mod by SEEU to work, and should be loaded ABOVE it on the mode list.

I find these guys to be rather overpowered compared to Dwarfs, but I've left my own modifications out so you can play and experiment and come to your own conclusions. If you know how to mess with RAWs, there's lots to play with. If you don't, maybe this will be a fun way to learn c:

Mine are currently sized down to match dwarfs, but with the Swordstaff altered to be two-hand wielded by smaller people. Also domesticated leopards.

Mod Details

Weapon sprites will now show up properly again, changing color to match the material they are made with.

Armor has been updated, Stellar and Astral armor should use their unique sprites. Artifact armor is still having issues displaying though, I'm working on getting it fixed if I can figure it out. A few sprites might not be properly tuned, I'll have to find which ones I missed as I go.

Babies will now appear as babies! It is using the basic vanilla Elf Baby sprite. Children will still appear as adults, though wearing the telltale red cloak to symbolize they are still children.

Also statues! I was a bit messy with it but it should work I hope.

Haha no problem! I've been so bad about procrastinating it! I really should get on it. Things just keep coming up. So far all that should be missing though is the extra dye interactions.

My apologies, i saw your comment on 9/1, and thought it was broken without trying i tmyself. I've been checking in on this and waiting for an update, without actually trying it so shame on me! sorry lol

Oh! It doesn't work at all right now? I hadn't actually tested it, shame on me. I thought it was just the dyes.

I'll try to look into it today.

'Nother update on progress, sorry for the wait and I hope it's not impeding too much enjoyment!
I'm still learning this patch as I hadn't even played since the Ranged Update, so catching myself up and fixing things locally as I go along.

If anybody is eager for that dye update, look through the Data>Vanilla>Vanilla_Reactions folder and try to find the raws referring to dyes. If you compare it to the one in the mod files, you should be able to patch up the dependencies for yourself as you wait.

Update: I haven't gotten to it yet. I keep meaning to but I have terrible problems with procrastination! DX

That should be an easy enough fix. Thanks for letting me know, otherwise I might not have gotten to it until I noticed myself. Should be able to get around to it in the next couple days.

with the new patch there's a missing job to make Dyes that's missing on almost all modded factions. i'm looking myself for ways to fix it personally

Questions and such are welcomed c:
So far my only plans are basic upkeep to make sure the mod functions properly. If anyone has any suggestions or requests though I'm glad to hear and consider them.

I spoke to the original developer a while back and they said they probably aren't coming back to the DF mod scene.
