Nyras Prologue Demake

Description
Welcome to the Colony - Nyras Prologue port on the Gothic 1 engine. Step into the harsh, unforgiving world of Mining Valley and explore the story as seen through the eyes of Nyras in the familiar atmosphere of the original Gothic.

In this adventure providing an insight into the immersive world of Gothic, you'll embark on a short mission that introduces you to the atmosphere, iconic characters and the game's opening area. Explore the Colony at your own pace – talk to fellow inmates, learn secrets and head into battle for a taste of what's to come.

Set before the arrival of the Nameless Hero and the beginning of Gothic 1's original story, this prologue allows you to visit the recreated locations from Nyras Prologue.

Tips

We recommend playing without DX11 and plugins – the same as when you first played Gothic.

@Ozzy: The modification recreates original Nyras Prologue, and it lasts about 40 minutes. How did you finish tasks for Ratford and Drax in 5 minutes? : - )))

@Ozzy: It is how Gothic 1 works by default – as the game ends, you are forwarded to the desktop, not to the main menu as in Gothic 2. You can check with original Gothic 1 how it looks. To make really orthodoxic modification, we didn't use Ikarus nor Union, so we couldn't implement returning to the main menu. : - )

@damianut, yes when you sit down by campfire after finish of speaking where screen goes towards old camp and turns black I get crash to desktop no error.
