Description
Hello, friends! I introduce you QOL mod which fixes a number of various animation related bugs and errors, while also providing visual enhancements and tweaks for all versions of the game.

The code part of the mod is done by Sgt_Imalas

Changes and Improvements:

All versions
  • Added new helper markers to building tool that visualize the required fundament locations of the planned building.

  • Liquid Tepidizer is now tints the liquid in the animation
  • Explosion effect (meteor impact, power bank explosion) is moved up a little.
  • Adjusted Smoke Color of Gas Range, Ethanol Distiller and Wood Burner generator to that of the Coal Generator smoke.
  • Critter Feeder animation are tweaked, meter size increased.

  • Fertilizer Synthesizer gas clouds color fix, animation tweaks and added missing fourth leg.
  • Liquid Filter is now tints liquid inside based on its contents.
  • Added fullness meter bar to Gas Tanks and Nuclear Waste barrels.
  • Remade various Liquid Tanks emptying animations making it better and more smooth.

  • Tweaked Natural Gas Generator to tint gas clouds effect based on color of the used gas, animation tweaks, leak
    sprites have the same color as polluted water it emits, and smoothed the meter animation.
  • Tweaked Petroleum Generator to tint liquid meter based on color of the fuel used, animation tweaks, added
    visible pipe with leak animation to represent polluted water output, and smoothed the meter animation.

  • All Gas Geysers gas clouds now have the same color as their emitted gas.
  • All Liquid and Molten Geysers now have their liquid leak animation tinted to their output element colors.
  • Liquid Meter Valve is now tints liquid inside of it based on its contents.
  • Liquid Valve is now tints liquid inside of it based on its contents.
  • Tweaked Liquid and Gas Valve animations.
  • Liquid Shutoff is now tints liquid inside of it based on its contents.
  • Added Oil Well leak animations, fixed pump-jack animation lag, gas clouds during pressure release are now Natural Gas colored. Also added Oil reservoir hint to place anim.

  • Thermo Aquatuner is now tints its liquid animation based on its contents.
  • Metal Refinery now plays unused conveyor belt output animation at the end of its work cycle.

  • Polymer Press now tints its meter based on its content, animation tweaks, and smoothed meter animation.
  • Water sieve art cleanup
  • Blueprint claim screen animation cleaned up

  • Added config to hide various tile parts such as tops and corners.

Spaced Out
  • Radiation Lamp animation and glow tweaked.
  • Spacefarer Module art and animation tweaked
  • Rocket Platform is now in front of rockets (configurable)
  • Wheezeworts now play a more radioactive animation in Spaced Out

The Frosty Planet Pack
  • Tweaked Wood Heaters animation. added smoke and fire embers.
  • Added meter to Wood Burner wood storage

  • Tweaked and smoothed Oxylite Sconce meter and added a bubble effect.

  • added animation to Wood Pile when dupe takes or puts wood to it, smoothed meter animation

The Bionic Booster Pack
  • Tweaked Data Miner animations and smoothed meter animation




Fixes:

All versions
  • Fixed a lot of buildings played working_pre and working_pst animations twice (among them: suit fabricator, rock crusher, water sieve, metal refinery,...).
  • Fixed output_tracker sprite not updating properly (can be seen on rock crusher, sludge press, metal refinery).
  • Fixed Critter Feeder overlap issues.
  • Fixed Manual Generator parts appearing in front of dupes too early on start and disappearing too late on end.
  • All Geysers: fixed animation errors.
  • Fixed Space Scanner antenna glow being sometimes in wrong positions and fixed base jitter on animation start.
  • Fixed Polymer Press visual errors and issues.
  • Fixed Metal Block holes on "abstract" art tier.
  • Fixed Shearing Station transparent pipe segment.
  • Fixed Liquid Vent flickering leak sprites.
  • Fixed Polymer Press meter displaying its content incorrectly.
  • Fixed Dupe position in Gas Canister Filler interact anim.
  • Fixed Natural Gas Generator displaying wrong color when propane is used.
  • Fixed various tile sprites having ugly white outlines and/or color going out of outline.
Spaced Out
  • Fixed refined cobalt sprites having wrong names (copper_refined -> cobalt_refined).
  • Fixed Radiation Lamp missing empty meter
  • Fixed Battery Module meter position
  • Fixed Liquid Oxidizer Tank meter
  • Fixed Rocket Platform left connector bug
  • Fixed Research Reactor meter only using a third of its temperature meter

wheezeworths are not modified in function by this mod.

Is this the mod making my wheezeworts consume the gas they are in? My rooms become vaccuum in a matter of days, and they actually CONSUME 1000 g of hydrogen or whataever gas they are submerged in. I'm trying to find the culprit. I also have the mod "eazy wheezeworts" that make them not need phosphorite. But there have been no problems with it before.

last update broke the filter gate's sprite. Also there is a "TEMP" writing on a conveyor line bridge's building icon
