If you mean the Men-at-Arms illustrations and icons, you can definitely do that by adding the images to Crusader Kings III\game\gfx\interface\illustrations\men_at_arms_big and Crusader Kings III\game\gfx\interface\illustrations\men_at_arms_small , and for the icons, add the images in Crusader Kings III\game\gfx\interface\icons\regimenttypes. Make sure the images are DDS and all names are the same. After you've done everything, put the name of the image you want in the Men-at-Arms icons.
