Proper EarthBound Title Screen (Logo + Music)

Description
A fork that combines the Earthbound-Style Title Screen mod (https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2174270538) and another that apparently was taken away, that included the music.
I also made it so it can override FU's fugly title screen. Client-sided, of course

Needs a little bit of a fix for OpenStarbound, as the title screen doesn't work.

Jokes asside, I tested it on OpenStarbound, unfortunately the title screen doesn't work but the music still does. You think you could make a version of this that suports OpenStarbound?
