Starcom Heavy Fighter Drone Carrier mk II

Description
Endgame "Drone Carrier" that only uses mandatory ship research upgrades and story items, save for the fighter bays and exhaust vents.

No longer uses max research exhaust vents to help you save more research points.

Main difference is I took out the mk I drone carrier's second mkIII Plasma turret and added in another drone carrier in its place. The mk II is also faster than the mk I.
