In about 48 hours, you’ll be asking yourself one thing: Why?

Why did you download this mod? Why is the captain ranting about "the voices" while waving a loaded shotgun? Why is the medic foaming at the mouth and handing out “special supplements”? And most importantly—why is the reactor on fire again?

This mod pack transforms Barotrauma into a psychological horror disguised as a co-op game. The captain has PTSD-induced schizophrenia, meaning he hears things that isn't real. Your crew is packed with traitors, saboteurs, and people who are just dangerously stupid. The most terrifying thing in the ocean isn't the monsters—it's Steve in engineering, who once again locked a suicide vest on the assistant "for fun."

Good luck. You won’t last long. But hey, at least the hallucinations are friendly... sometimes.
