What is King of the Hill?
- Inspired by Arma 3's KOTH game mode
- Replaces traditional loadouts and roles with a flattened economy system
- The Ultimate battle of Attrition — money, XP, and Intel drive every fight

Players Earn Rewards
- Capturing and contesting zones (Main & Priority)
- Team actions like transportation, suppression, and kills
- Intel bonuses that build into bounties

Money, XP & Intel
- Intel builds as you play — cross $1000 to become a Bounty Target
- Clear your bounty at Main for extra cash + XP
- Eliminate Enemy Bounties before they reach main to steal the Bounty.

Persistent Saves
- Stored server-side
- Your XP, Money, Unlocks persist through map changes and server restarts
- Wipes managed by server owners
- Saves shared between linked servers using the LINKED ECONOMY tag

Fully Configurable
- Server owners can edit store prices, perks, and items live via JSON
- Linked Economy expands constantly with new vehicles and weapons
- Compatible with Discord bot integrations for real-time changes

Gameplay Structure
- Designed for three teams (currently two are functional) — chaotic even with small pops
- Main capture zone plus a rotating Priority Zone worth double rewards
- Towers added to stronghold positions on maps
- Single team-wide MSV or purchased vehicles replace FOBs/rallies
- Fortifications purchased with in-game money instead of supplies

Fun as hell take on the OG Arma 3 KOTH by samatra. Fleshed out, combat is fun, the grind with persistent xp is fun. Jhett putting in insane work constantly. Most fun I've had on squad outside of Galactic contention :emofdr:

KOTH is on UE5 yes, there are a few bugs we are still ironing out but its playable. There are unlinked servers who have their own store configs, but we have recently added some of the weapons such as the g18, and the recon drones (using the new Drone Operator Perk)

it seems certain weapons are broken to purchase, and you can buy any vehicles now, including tanks?

yeah their server is unlinked, as they have different economy values etc that would be unbalanced against the other servers saves. We are seeding daily EU #1 and NA#2, but anywhere you find to enjoy koth is great to me :)

you are right i see it now, but still very strange when the russian server has more players than the official king of the hill server. i cant really play with 0 players so i will stay on the russian for now. thx for help tho

also the progress didnt carry over, so thats a major disadvantage to switch servers

check your filters! you should be always able to find it searching [KOTH], anything with "Linked Economy" will share your player saves between those servers! if servers are empty there is seeding bots to fight and level up as well
