Description
Tested and working on 1.4 (Forge DLC)
Press 'F5' or hold 'SELECT/OPTION/TOUCH PAD' on your controller (or whatever you key bind it to) at any time while playing to quick save. Key bind can be changed in the key binds menu. Not compatible with any other mods that affect keybinds, such as the camping mod. There are compatibility patches for them on Nexusmods.

the new DLC affects keybindings (forge building menu etc) and it will currently not work with this mod

Again; make sure you actually have the latest version AND no other mods affecting keybinds. I reloaded a past save to make sure and I can do the tutorial without any problems.

I did that yesterday on my hardcore run and it worked just fine.

After starting a new game, there is a section in the blacksmithing tutorial at the blacksmith shop that gets stuck infinitely. The solution is to first uninstall your save file mod, finish the blacksmithing task, and then reinstall the mod.
