Hello, hello.

I've been a fan of yours and Duke for a hot minute and got super excited when I saw your XCOM 2 stream get announced. After watching the vod, I decided to collect some of the mods you mentioned wanting/might address some of the issues you were having.

I'm currently building a Star Wars mod list for a podcast I listen to, so I'm constantly looking over XCOM mods. Hopefully some of these are to your liking, and I'm always game to suggest some more

You mentioned wanting some cosmetics (Barney, big ladies, variety in general), so here are a few you may like:

MGSV Ultimate Outfit Collection - Outfits from MGSV. A larger collection, but pretty hq and rangers from traditional soldier to weird sneaking suits.

Cyberware Face Paint - Cool touch for cyber folks.

Agripnus' Face Packs - Good male and female face options.

Smooth Male Faces - The default races with sole wrinkles ironed out.

Meaty Abs - I remember folks wanting some big, scary women. This should help.

Hero Gear - Also for scary women.

XCOM Legends Head Pack - New heads under the helmet menu. You can ignore the required outfits.

Leather Outfit - Leather Outfit

Some QOL mods that make a few things easier:

Instant Color Menus - Should make the color menu pop up faster.

Biographies: Copy, Load, and Paste - Should make it easier for you to generate text elsewhere to replace those modded bios.

Iridar's Resizable Armor - Let's you make soldiers (or there individual parts) big or small.

Iridar's Weapon Rescaler - Same, but for weapons

Voice Patcher/Voice Patcher Config - Allows modded voices to be procc'd for a wider variety of actions.

One Million Colors - Allows you to use a color bar beneath the standard color palette

Extended Personnel Info Redux/Detailed Soldier List Redux - Combined they let the roster list show more information.

Iridar's Template Master Core/XSkin by Iridar - Allows you to transmog weapons. If you use it, make sure to download some of the Ghost Templates on this list.

Unit Flag Extended - You mentioned wanting numerical values for health. This mod provides that and more.

TLP: Unlocker - Unlocks some stuff that are locked behind the Tactical legacy Pack missions.

A Slice of the XCOM Life - Provides soldier/barrack events that can lead to permanent buffs or debuffs depending on your choices.

TeslaRage's Loot Mod - Allows boxes to drop from enemies. When opened in the Proving Ground they reward a Diablo-esque weapon drop.

Memory Allocation DLL/Direct3D Enabler - VERY EXPERIMENTAL mods that may provide a performance boost. Only use of you want to nab those precious frames on busier modded maps.

Iridar's Bounty Hunter Class - A cool pseudo-hero class that works with LWOTC.

Propaganda Loading Screens - Just some new loading screens.

Unarmee Weapons - Allows your aforementioned big scary ladies to punch and kick.

Photo booth Geometric Poster Pack - Some new booth posters.

Half-Life 2/Max Payne/Fallout/Destiny Ghost Templates - Weapon skins for the transmog system mentioned above.

WOTC Casual Pose Pack - Some more poses, allowing your soldiers to better serve.

WOTC Female Clothing Pack 1 & 2 - Comes with some decent cosmetic options, but the style can change drastically across the added items. Also a bit hefty, size wise.
