Better gamemenu

Description
Changes the gamemenu button options to be more functional

To install:
1. Subscribe to this mod
2. Delete or rename "gamemenu.res" in "Half-Life 2\hl2_complete\resource"
3. Use GCFScape to extract "gamemenu.res" from "Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\220\3440049253\workshop_dir.vpk" and put it in "Half-Life 2\hl2_complete\resource" or in the hl2 custom folder
4. (Optional) Unsubscribe from this mod, it will not do anything by this point

OR

1. Copy the text from this guide: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3440055299
2. Overwrite "gamemenu.res" in "Half-Life 2\hl2_complete\resource" with the copied text

Changes made:
- Got rid of the extras menu
- Got rid of the empty space seperators
- Workshop option is now in every menu, even in pause menu during gameplay
- Fixed the Lost Coast menu so now you are sent to episode selection and not to base HL2
- Renamed the episodes to have the full Half-Life 2 title instead of just HL2

gamemenu.res only changes which button are present in the menu
clientscheme.res and sourcescheme.res change how big the buttons are and which fonts they use
this mod only changes gamemenu

In this menu UI was it fixed to reduce the text size in the main menu after changing graphics settings or not?
