Adds a Planetary Defence Force which works akin to NWS in contrast to the ODST, big thank you to Briz for the base mod :)

Sounds awesome.

Also small bug. When older squads that reached level 16 (the max before this update), you cant get more skill points, in which I cant invest into the new doctroine points.

@Raz @Alpha I'll look into the changes, for now me and my friend are a bit busy working on covies so they'll be coming slow, I do wanna add the mantis eventually (Lore accuracy be damned) so maybe another unit could accommodate it :)

I agree with Raz, I feel like these guys would make a decent colonial militia/CMA unit for said backworld unit.

Also perhaps a additional idea of looking into the UNSCA, NAVSPECWAR, and a few other units

Interesting mod. Just my opinion, but i think the Colonial Militia is a better mod name. Feels fitting with the lore, over PDF. Also, the troops wearing the exact same brown uniforms like rebels seems like an odd choice and can be confusing to players. i think their uniforms being in olive drab, green like the regular UNSC forces is better so as to distinguish them. Maybe the Conscripts can be renamed to be Militiamen or something?
