Increased Rate of Fire for all Bow Units, and Buffed Melee Stats for all Samurai Missile Units!

Description
Tired of waiting 15+ seconds for your unrealistc Bow units to fire a volley? Well it's over now, because this mod makes it so all bow units fire realistically!

I have also added a melee buff to all Samurai missile units to simulate them being the masters of all weapons.

12/5/2014 ~ After reports of some people having issues with Chosokabe bow units, mainly Bow Samurai Chosokabe, I did research and found there is no actual fix for it inside the PFM. It seems that sometimes the file sounds for FOTS and Shogun 2 will get mixed up. This is a known issue and CA has been aware of it for quite sometime, but has yet to fix the issue.

So if you have FOTS and are getting sound glitches where you have a bow unit, or bow units that sound like gunpowder please follow this process to fix it. http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?544459-Sinfonia-Semplice-(Sound-Fixing-Tool

12/12/2014 ~ Forgot to add increase rate of fire to "Hattori Bandits". This is now fixed, but please make sue you have the sound fixing tool installed, so they don't sound like guns.

12/17/2014 ~ Increased Rate of Fire for all bow missile cavalry, and boosted melee stats for them as well. Some DLC infantry missile units have also been updated for increase Rate of Fire, and melee stats.

Also, Portueguese Tercos have had their Accuracy and Rate of Fire significantly buffed, but their melee stats have been significantly lowered. This simulates them being great with a musket and at keeping their range, but when in melee combat, don't have the training or expierence of Samurais. ~ While Samurai Matchlocks have higher Melee stats, but slightly lower marksman stats.

Huum, the link to twcenter to fix the gunpowder sound on a bow unit is dead (at least for me), could you help me ?

The Chosokabe special samuri arent buffed like the rest of units. Probs a bit late

seeing peoples complaint humm would you consider doing a version where they are as stong in every way as katana unit but have the bow, they wear the same armour etc so I don't see how its unreasonable. maybe cap them to like 8 or something if you think they're op?

- If you could make an onna bushi version... <3 haha

The rate of fire is really nice but i must agree, the melee buff is abit too much. would like that tweaked so its more like they are able to hold their own for a bit, so your katanas can move into position. but prolonged battle with no support, they die like normal.

I thik the samurai archers are a little too strong with melee damage...it defeats the purpose of making katana samurai if the archer samurai are better than them.
