No Slow Shamblers [B42]

Description
All Slow Shamblers become Fast Shamblers.

In B41 I played with Fast Shamblers, and used a mod that adds some Sprinters.
Now in B42 we can specify the amount of Random Sprinters without any mod.

And here's the problem: if you choose Speed as Random,
you'll have some zombies as Fast Shamblers AND some as Slow Shamblers.

I hate Slow Shamblers! They're too slow.

So this mod converts all Slow Shamblers to Fast Shamblers.

It should work fine with existing saves.

Special thanks to:
EasyPeasyViking for allow me to use the code from Add Random Sprinters
albion for allow me to use the code from Starlit Library

This mod is also included in Sneg's Mod Pack

Modpacking allowed without confirmation. No reuploading.

The mod may cause performance issues in areas with a lot of zombies. I play with a small amount of zombies. And, to my own regret, haven't found a way to achieve a similar result otherwise. If you are severely bothered by performance issues, your only option is not to use this mod.

After SEVERAL HOURS of testing which of the installed 200 mods was causing such TERRIBLE LAGS, I FINALLY found it

I WARN everyone who wants to install this mod for themselves - the mod has serious optimization problems. For example, the place full of zomboids where I had 40 fps becomes 3 fps with this mod

Okay, yes. The mod may cause performance issues in areas with a lot of zombies. I play with a small amount of zombies. And, to my own regret, haven't found a way to achieve a similar result otherwise. If you are severely bothered by performance issues, your only option is not to use this mod.

Give me a few hours to think about it, but it will definitely happen in the next day or two.

Ok, I'll rework the mod logic to consider such situations.

ok got it

It would actually be a neat mod in its own right. Have them stand still while you look at them but immune to damage but then you look away they sprint at you on some doctor who shit.

So I've tried it with only your mod. If you set your settings to Speed = Random and Day/Night effect = Day. You get the behavior where the zombies stand still when they have agro on you but only if you are looking at them.

>Can you please add sprinter to the option
Beforehand - no, this mod was supposed to be very simple and perform only one function under strictly defined conditions. But, in general, it's made quite simply, and inherently can't cause complex effects. Given that you're using some other mods, it all comes down to the fact that it requires testing.
