No Cooldowns Outside Combat

Description
This mod removes cooldowns while not in combat. Its intended purpose is to avoid having to wait to, for example, use the teleportation spell to move boxes or to move between platforms (e.g., a broken bridge) using the cloak and dagger skill. As such, it is not a cheat, but a quality of life improvement.

It works for all skills, vanilla or not. However, this mod does not affact statuses, summons, etc.: they still get a lifetime and are removed after a while.

does it only ework for vanilla spells? Doesnt seem to be working on buffs like Zenith, i like walking around Sun-Aura with summon.

The mod works perfectly fine. I made it this year (2025) and the game hasn't been updated in ages. I am currently using this mod and I am having no issues. I am sorry I cannot provide any insights as to why it doesn't work for you, but, in case it gives you any clues, I can tell you that the mod is extra simple, just 3 code lines to establish that if a character uses a skill and is not in combat, all their cooldowns are reseted.

Does not work in 2025. It is enabled and in proper mod order, but cool downs are still in full effect. Tried Nexus and Workshop, not sure what's wrong with it but hoping it will be updated to work again.

I don't know what might cause that issue, but it is not directly linked to the mod. Try unsubscribing and subscribing again. If the issue persists, the mod is also on Nexus, so maybe try downloading it from there.

Cannot see mod in load order?

Lol, at first I thought this mod made cooldowns pause and not tick down while outside combat.
Came here to see why people would want this.

This is much better. I'll give it a try.

Thanks! Using any mod (including the gift bag ones) will deactivate achievements unless you install the script extender as well.
