VQE The Generator + Even More Linkables Compatibility Patch

Description
A simple little mod that allows Even More Linkables' power boosting buildings to work with the ARC generator from Vanilla Quests Expanded - The Generator.

Finally, now you can have the ARC generator pumping out hundreds of thousands of watts of energy, the way Randy Random intended! Note: I, Icey, am not responsible for any power outages that lead to a cascading wave of colony destruction.

Probably overpowered. Maybe a bit buggy. Use with caution.

Now updated to 1.6!

adding +100% extra power to my atomic bomb of a generator to produce 2 million watts? sounds like a great idea to me! Will only cost about 200 uranium daily
