3. Moving
4. In the Dive Bell
5. On the surface
6. In the air

It only heals as much damage as you take
There is an option in the Mod settings to turn this off.

The lore reason for this is you did a video where you chugged 10 kL of Monster Energy and now if you stop jittering, you get a heart attack.
