Probably the easiest one to get, Anya's ID is going to be in the cockpit cabinet when you first load in the game.

In the lounge, where he's dancing with the ax, you're gonna wanna go to the right vending machine. Look down at the slot where food is dispensed.

In the lounge, next to the board game on the table near the couch.

Go to the lounge, it's sitting in the hat (on the ground) of the broken Polle statue.

After Daisuke's death, go to utility. You'll find his ID near the cryo-pod thingy.

You need to open the developer console while in the game. I was able to just click the ~ key and have it work.

Unlock the cargo door without retrieving the code-scanner.
The code is '4517'.

After you talk with Anya you're tasked with finding Jimmy and Swansea. Before you do that, go look at the bulletin-board behind her in the med-bay. There should be a sticky note with an odd looking doodle on it.
That's "Yimpy", stare at it for around 10 seconds and you'll get the achievement.

When you reach the part of the chapter where you find an old TV, keep walking past the TV into the dark. You'll reach these storage shelves with gaps in them. Press up as far against them as you can, and move side to side until you find a disabled-Curly staring back at you.
Stare at him until he gets spooked and flees. Headphone-Warning, he makes a loud noise when doing so.

While at Curly's bday party, make the specialty mock-tail before the cake.
Mix water and tonic (3142 + 1324)
Afterwards, add sweetener. (2341)

When asked to give Curly his pain meds, first repeatedly open and close his mouth.
I did so for like 10 seconds and got the achievement.

'Use' a bottle of mouthwash from any point between getting the bottle and making the drugged cocktail for Swansea.
While you can't technically 'drink' the mouthwash, I still tried, and then used my mouse to move it around a bit in my inventory for good measure.

Any point in the game before finding the gun-case, use the scanner in the cockpit to access and read the code in the locker. Unlock the gun-case without returning to the cockpit in that chapter.
Code - '739'.

After you finish climbing through the vents, and you shoot a tied up Swansea, you'll find yourself in a graveyard. You must spin around before shooting him, how I did this was I stood between 2 walls and waited. Swansea only attacks from the direction where you're not looking.
If you limit the amount of directions where you can't see him coming, to one, it makes the achievement easier to get.
I was able to get it (eventually) without changing my mouse sensitivity, but if you need additional help, I'd try that.

Just let Swansea kill you 10 times in the graveyard. Find someplace, stand still, and he should attack you from behind almost immediately.
