You can gift more items to characters.

This mostly affects 2 points:
- Throwing/Ranged weapons can be gifted
- Artifact-tier items can be gifted

Note that as characters can only use a single ranged weapon at a time and throwing weapons are prioritized by the AI, gifting a throwing weapon and a ranged weapon means only the throwing weapon will ever be used (assuming it has infinite uses).
If multiple throwing weapons are gifted they'll be used in an unfixed order due to potential code execution variations.
If multiple ranged weapons are gifted the character will only keep what it considers to be the best one and store the others.

Mainly to be used with GiftedEquipmentPriority https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3393701894 to force characters to use specific throwing weapon.
