Replaces the l4d2 hunter with a hoodles hunter form The Sacrifice comic part three

reskinable version

Includes:
*custom model
*custom texture
*working bloody texture
*added hair
*added eyebrows
*paler skin

update:
*fixed mesh cliping near pants
*better pants texture (now it doesn't look untextured)
