Guaranteed Sol

All this mod does is to guarantee that the Sol system will be present in every generated galaxy. Without it, there's a 50% chance of that not being the case should the game not spawn the UNE.
events/gamestart.txt was unfortunately edited and this means that any other mod will be incompatible with "Guaranteed Sol" should they touch that file too.
