I would suggest emptying the ballast before starting carrier ops, but aside from that there is not much I can do. You're opening a gaping hole in the ship, no amount of pumps can keep up with that water flow if you let it in.
If you are on Low physics though, the ropes become bungee cords and there's not much I can do to fix that.
If your game can only run on low physics, your only option is to secure planes with electric connectors instead of ropes, which will require you to redesign the carrier and plane just a little bit (it's actually not hard)
