DESCRIPTION:

This is a collection of some of my mods for Pharaoh Dynasties.
The purpose of those mods is to take the strategic & tactical layers to a deeper, more realistic & more challenging level while reducing the AI insane cheats.
I use them in combination with custom settings & other mods from the workshop (see recommended mods section) to bring a brand new game.


DETAILS:

- Fair AI Bonuses:
This mod removes AI bonuses related to campaign difficulty.

-Unit Economy Rework - UPDATED:
This mod increases units cost & reduces their upkeep for the player while increasing it for AI.
The purpose is to reduce the AI free resources cheat, effectively making them able to field a reasonable amount of troops.

-No Generals Upkeep:
This mod removes generals upkeep, allowing the player to field as many armies as the AI.

-Replenishment Overhaul:
This mod greatly reduces all sources of replenishment, disable replenishment outside of settlements & grant towns population a replenishment bonus.


RECOMMENDED SETTINGS:

Campaign
- resource deposit values => high
- royal decrees research rate => low
- army size => medium
- player recruitment capacity => low
- turn per year => 12
- seasonal effects => strong
- features locked at start => off
- character campaign movement => low
- post-battle unit replenishment => off
- player army upkeep => high

Battle
- dynamic weather severity => high

AI
- ai recruitment capacity => low
- ai army upkeep => high

General
- battle duration => unlimited


RECOMMENDED MODS:

- Three Kingdoms unit Shape (improves AI formations) /!\ incompatible with Mortiso Realism Overhaul which will maybe integrate it in the future /!\
- Forts Reinforce All Battles (more useful forts)
- Hecleas AI Overhaul (smarter campaign AI, also disable the unbalanced forced march stance)
- Mortiso Realism Overhaul (best battle mod by far, also slowing down the campaign to a realistic level)
- Increased Zone Of Control (greatly improves campaign positioning efficiency, great tactical improvement)
- Persistent Forts (no more garrisoned army banished to the void when a town is taken)
