Steam Workshop::Half-Life: ＩＮＦＥＳＴＡＴＩＯＮ

In the early days of the Combine occupation of earth, some areas faced heavy shelling to quash pockets of resistance. These areas quickly became so overwhelmed with Headcrabs, Zombies, and Xen wildlife as to be uninhabitable and were promptly segregated by the Combine forces. Some of these quarantine zones are well known to resistance members, such as the former sanctuary of Ravenholm, although many more exist. Since then, Overwatch has dispatched small expeditionary forces into the quarantine zone to stem and contain the infestation. During the uprising against the Combine, however, led by the One Free Man, a few patrolling Combine soldiers found themselves trapped deep within the qz. Cut off from Overwatch and facing an onslaught of hostile wildlife, these Combine forces have a new directive: Survive.
