[ULTRAKILL] BREAKCORE War Without Reason Perimeter Alarm

Description
Replaces Parish Tower Alarm (perimeter_alarm.wav) with War Without Reason Alarm Breakcore part.
Apparently also replaces Cold Stream sewer alarm.

Another addon inspired by one of TimeSweeperAdam's creation.

This version uses the 4:00 (phase 6) part of WWR, as opposed to Adam's 4:33 (phase 7) part.

Now to be fair, yes Adam's addon does have breakcore in it but idk what else to call this... ;-;
