Ultrakill - War Without Reason for Perimeter Alarm

Replaces the perimeter alarm heard in the bus station crescendo event with the low toned alarm portion at 4:33 from Ultrakill's 7-4; War Without Reason.

I wanted to do the other alarm tone heard from 3:55 all the way to 4:32, but the 2.2 second run of the perimeter alarm is too long for two beeps and too short for three, and stretching or speeding them up didn't sound right with me, so I settled for the other lower, more drawn out tone.
