What is this collection?
  • This is the collection of scripts made by me, which aims to rebalance all the weapons in the game based on their original appearance and some my personal preferences.

Where I can find all the changes?
  • Right here! Just scroll a bit lower, there would be a small description. For more info you can check out the description of every script.

Why?
  • And why not? I thought it would be a great idea to rebalance all the guns at once. Of course, I already have Custom AWP Script and M60 Custom Script, but I wanted to make them a bit differently.

Are models required or I can use other?
  • They are complitely optional. Feel free to use any other models, but I prefer those.

What's next?
  • God knows...




Changes to the weapons:

Pistols:
  • Dual Pistols now more accurate, have faster RoF and lower deploy duration (both single and akimbo). This should make them more reliable.
  • Magnum got seriously nerfed, because I'm aware of Expert Realism Magnum problem. It has a bit more spread, slower RoF, better range modifier and lower damage (it still one-shots commons, but it has some troubles with killing specials)

SMGs:
  • SMG now even more accurate when standing still and crouching, but has more spread while moving. Damage was significantly increased, RoF slightly decreased, clip size reduced to 30 rounds.
  • Silenced SMG now should be perfect for run'n'gun. It has reduced movement spread, slightly increased damage and increased RoF. Clip size is set to 30 rounds.
  • MP5 SMG is a bit more rare find, so I made it Jack of All Trades, Master of Nothing. It can still be overshadowed by UZI and MAC in some situations, but overall it's a golden middle.

Shotguns:
  • Pump Shotgun now loaded with Birdshot. Lots of small pellets with low damage and wide spread. Reduced mag to 5 rounds. Overall damage - 280.
  • Chrome Shotgun now loaded with Magnum Buckshot. 6 high-power pellets with tigher spread, better penetration power and range modifier. Tube is reduced to 7 rounds. Overall damage - 252.
  • Autoshotgun now loaded with Triple Slug. Much better accuracy, penetration and range. Has 3 powerful slugs and 7 rounds in a clip. Overall damage - 240.
  • Combat Shotgun now loaded with normal 12g. Lower horizontal spread, more damage per pellet, reduced tube size to 8 rounds. Overall damage - 240.

Rifles:
  • Rifle now even more accurate when standing still. Increased movement spread, penetration power, damage and RoF. Clip size reduced to 30 rounds.
  • SG552 Rifle now a Tier 2 version of Silenced SMG. Has less movement spread, but worse overall accuracy. Has faster RoF, slightly increased damage, faster reload and mag reduced to 30 rounds.
  • AK Rifle now perfect for sharpshooters. Has increased accuracy of the first shots when crouching, reduced standing accuracy, increased spread and especially movement spread. Has more penetration power, a bit more damage, higher RoF and 30 rounds in the mag.
  • Desert Rifle now nerfed. Has lower accuracy (still good though), more spread, less damage (the lowest of all ARs), slightly faster RoF and 30 rounds in the mag.

Snipers:
  • Hunting Rifle now a light marksman rifle for run'n'gun. Has increased RoF, faster reload, bigger mag, increased spread and much lower damage (even lower than AK). Mag increased to 20 rounds, reserve ammo to 180.
  • Military Sniper now a powerfull slow-firing semi-auto sniper rifle with better accuracy, more penetraion and damage, lower RoF and reduced mag with 20 rounds in it.
  • Scout now a Tier 1 sniper rifle, with high damage, good accuracy, but still pretty slow RoF. Reduced clip size to 10, reserve ammo to 150. If you are good at hitting those juicy headshots, it's a good choice for you.
  • AWP was repurposed. It still can oneshot Jockeys in head and bodyshot Spitters, Hunters and Smokers, but it's main catch - crowning ability. Get close enough to the Witch, aim and explode her head with .338 lapua magnum at point blank! Clip size reduced to 10, reserve ammo to 90.

Heavy Weapons:
  • M60 has increased accuracy and damage. Has 450 rounds in reserve, but it MUST BE RELOADED BEFORE WAISTING LAST SHOT IN THE MAG OR IT WILL BE DROPPED.
  • Grenade Launcher now loaded with Anti-Tank Armor-Piercing rounds. It has insane direct hit damage, but very small kill and stumble radius. Damage multiplier to the tanks was increased.
